Responisbilities: Ensure the overall management of the activities carried out by the subcontractors in house and/or at subcontractor premises to ensure the works are delivered in accordance with the plan, in compliance with the contractual and technical requirements Support PM Yard on the activities required to select the subcontractors and issue the contracts, e.g. preparation of the SoW and TBE, including interfacing with all involved departments (engineering, procurement, production, planning, etc. Support PM Yard on subcontractor kick-off meetings, work start-up with effective subcontractor activation, documentation gathering and distribution to relevant yard functions Support PM Yard on subcontractor monitoring and control activities, liaising with all the involved functions (technical office, procurement, administration, etc.) for proper change management (subcontract change, design changes, claims, penalties, new prices, etc.)
